Representative Chenault placed a call of the House and lifted the call. Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate amendments to CSHB 149(FIN)(title am), thus adopting SCS CSHB 149(FIN) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendments to CSHB 149(FIN)(title am)?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS CSHB 149(FIN) am S was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
